Is Club FHE or ClubFHE.com an official site of the Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints?

No. Club FHE is not endorsed in any way by the LDS Church. However, the team behind Club FHE fully endorses the beliefs and values of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. For more information on the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the Church's official website can be found at http://www.lds.org/, and http://www.Mormon.org/ is a great church site as well.

Is my information secure?

At Club FHE, we value your privacy and know you do too. All financial data is collected through PayPal, and we have implemented the latest security technology to protect your private information.

How do I change my account information?

Contact us through the club E-mail with desired changes, and we will be happy to make any changes to your account needed. Changes to your billing information, such as a changed or updated account number can also be made on your PayPal accounts billing page.

How does billing work?

We'll charge your card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) each month. We charge monthly for your convenience, instead of paying upfront for months ahead of time.

When do you charge my card?

Our members' cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) are charged each month on the same date as the original sign up. You pay monthly and will receive an email reminder and confirmation of charges to your account from PayPal.

When and how are my monthly Club FHE kits shipped?

Your kits will ship two to four business days after billing is completed through PayPal. Please expect 6-8 business days for delivery after shipment. (Total shipping time is 8-12 business days.)

How are my kits packaged for shipping?

Your Club FHE Kits are shipped each month in our "book-style" boxes. These boxes are very sturdy, and provide a safe ride for your lesson manuals and "Hands On" object lesson kits from the Club’s door to the door of your home. As pictured here on the site, these boxes or "books" also stack on a shelf and double as an excellent storage system. Our members look forward to their monthly shipments with great anticipation and the the arrival of each month's "book" is very exciting.

What are the Terms and Conditions of Cancellation of my membership?

By choosing to become a member of Club FHE, you agree to maintain a subscription with Club FHE for the period of 12 months. The 12-month time period begins the first month you receive your Club start-up kit and first four FHE lesson Kits after agreeing to this contract. You acknowledge you have willfully signed a subscription to receive a four-lesson FHE kit each month for the period of 1 year and grant Club FHE permission to bill your credit card $26.45 each month for the duration of your 12-month subscription. If you should cancel your account before your subscription period is up, you grant Club FHE the right to bill your account $24.95, the retail price for the Club FHE start-Up materials and bonus lessons. If during the period of your subscription payment is not collected for any reason, your contract length will be extended by 1 month to complete a full 12-month subscription and payment history.
